Welcome to the ninth edition of CEJ. We are happy to announce the publication of a new highly topical issue of CEJ.

This time we are reacting the current political debate concerning the implementation of legal entities criminal liability into the system of German criminal law. We aim to face the question whether or not this development can be seen as a symptom for a trend towards a new punitivity.
